The Moka espresso maker is a update of the original Moka Express designed by Bialetti. in the 1930s. It still features a signature, multifaceted shape with eleven sides but has a flat lid to allow cups to heat up before pouring. This helps to enhance the aroma and flavour. As an added bonus, the lid may be raised with one hand.
